Good value, minor snag

I purchased the ergonomic chair with a headrest attachment. The chair itself is very comfortable and feels well-built for the price point. The lumbar support is a definite plus. Delivery was relatively quick, arriving in about 5 days. My only minor issue was that one of the screw holes for the headrest attachment seemed a little tight, requiring more force than I expected. It eventually went in, but it was a small frustration. Aside from that, I'm satisfied with the overall quality and value for money.
